Overview

Sign in on the web app or mobile app with the email and password (or linked Google/Apple sign-in) tied to your user account.

Before you begin

  • You need an existing account. Owners invite crew members from Settings → People.

Steps

Web

  1. Go to https://turfprologic.com and click Sign In, or open the app URL your team uses.
  2. Enter your email and password, or choose Continue with Google / Apple if you linked that method.
  3. Complete MFA if your account requires it.

Mobile (iOS / Android)

  1. Install the app (see Install the mobile app on iOS or Android).
  2. Open the app and enter the same credentials or OAuth provider you use on web.

Verify it worked

You see the Dashboard or Jobs tab without an auth error.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: “Invalid login.”
    Solution: Reset password from Forgot password; confirm you are not using an old invite email.
  • Problem: Google/Apple sign-in not offered.
    Solution: Link the provider from Settings → My Account on web first.
