Overview

Reorder scheduled jobs for a day to minimize drive time using route optimization on the mobile app.

Before you begin

  • Jobs must be Scheduled or In progress for the selected date.
  • Location permission helps when using Use my location as the start point.

Steps

  1. Open Jobs and tap Route optimization (or the route icon).
  2. Select the date and optional crew filter.
  3. Optionally set a start address, or tap Use my location.
  4. Tap Optimize route and review the ordered stop list and map view in the app.
  5. Apply the order to update stop sequence if prompted.

Verify it worked

The job list order matches the optimized sequence; drive times update on supported builds.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Location unavailable.
    Solution: Allow location in OS settings or enter a start address manually.
