Run and export a customer or invoice report

Overview

Filter business data and download CSV, Excel, or PDF exports for accounting and analysis.

Before you begin

  • You have permission to view Reports (Owner or Office admin).

Steps

  1. Open Reports from the sidebar (or More → Reports on mobile).
  2. Select a report type, e.g. Customer list, Invoice summary, or Invoice detail.
  3. Set filters: date range, status, customer, tags, crew, or other fields shown.
  4. Choose sort / group options if available.
  5. Click Run to preview results in the grid or summary.
  6. Click Export / Download and pick CSV, XLSX, or PDF plus any export options.
  7. Save the file locally and open it to confirm row counts and totals.

Verify it worked

  • Export file opens with expected columns and matches the on-screen preview totals.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Empty export.
    Solution: Widen date range or clear filters; confirm data exists for the period.
