Import customers from a CSV file

Overview

Bulk-load customers into Turf Pro Logic using the CSV import wizard in Settings.

Before you begin

  • Owner or user with settings access.
  • Export a customer list from your old system as CSV, or download our template.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Import Data → Import CSV (or Settings → Import).
  2. Select import type Customers.
  3. Click Download template and align your file columns, or upload your existing export.
  4. Map CSV columns to Turf Pro Logic fields on the mapping screen.
  5. Review the preview, then confirm Import.
  6. Open Customers to verify new records.

💡 Tip: Rows with duplicate email or phone may be skipped; check the import summary.

Verify it worked

The import summary shows created count; Customers lists the new names.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: All rows skipped.
    Solution: Duplicates match existing customers; remove or update conflicting emails/phones.
  • Problem: Required field errors.
    Solution: Map Name and required columns per the template.
