Import properties from a CSV file

Overview

Import property addresses and details linked to customers using the same CSV wizard as customer imports.

Before you begin

• Customers should already exist (or be included in a coordinated import).
• Download the Properties template from the import wizard.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Import Data → Import CSV.
2. Select import type Properties.
3. Download the template or upload your CSV.
4. Map columns (customer identifier, address, city, state, ZIP, square footage, etc.).
5. Run the preview and confirm Import.

Verify it worked

Open a customer’s Properties tab and confirm addresses appear.

Troubleshooting

• Problem: Properties not linked to customers.
  Solution: Ensure the CSV includes a stable customer key (email or external ID) that matches existing customers.
