Overview
Import property addresses and details linked to customers using the same CSV wizard as customer imports.
Before you begin
- Customers should already exist (or be included in a coordinated import).
- Download the Properties template from the import wizard.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Import Data → Import CSV.
- Select import type Properties.
- Download the template or upload your CSV.
- Map columns (customer identifier, address, city, state, ZIP, square footage, etc.).
- Run the preview and confirm Import.
Verify it worked
Open a customer’s Properties tab and confirm addresses appear.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Properties not linked to customers.
Solution: Ensure the CSV includes a stable customer key (email or external ID) that matches existing customers.
