Add a property to a customer

Overview

Attach service locations to a customer when you maintain more than one address.

Before you begin

  • The customer record exists.
  • Full property create/edit is on Web today; mobile may show properties as read-only.

Steps

  1. Open Customers and select the customer.
  2. Open the Properties tab.
  3. Click Add Property.
  4. Enter address, property type, square footage, grass type, and access notes.
  5. Click Save Property.

Verify it worked

The property appears on the customer’s Properties tab and is selectable on new estimates and jobs.
