Overview
Attach service locations to a customer when you maintain more than one address.
Before you begin
- The customer record exists.
- Full property create/edit is on Web today; mobile may show properties as read-only.
Steps
- Open Customers and select the customer.
- Open the Properties tab.
- Click Add Property.
- Enter address, property type, square footage, grass type, and access notes.
- Click Save Property.
Verify it worked
The property appears on the customer’s Properties tab and is selectable on new estimates and jobs.
