Overview

Import scheduled or historical jobs from a CSV export of your prior system.

Before you begin

  • Customers and properties should exist for rows that reference them.
  • Use the Jobs CSV template from the import wizard.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Import Data → Import CSV.
  2. Select Jobs.
  3. Upload your file and map fields (customer, property, date, status, service, etc.).
  4. Review preview counts and confirm Import.
  5. Open Jobs or the Calendar to spot-check dates.

Verify it worked

Imported jobs appear on Jobs with expected dates and customer links.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Jobs missing from calendar.
    Solution: Check status and date columns; confirm timezone in company regional settings.
