Overview
Import scheduled or historical jobs from a CSV export of your prior system.
Before you begin
- Customers and properties should exist for rows that reference them.
- Use the Jobs CSV template from the import wizard.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Import Data → Import CSV.
- Select Jobs.
- Upload your file and map fields (customer, property, date, status, service, etc.).
- Review preview counts and confirm Import.
- Open Jobs or the Calendar to spot-check dates.
Verify it worked
Imported jobs appear on Jobs with expected dates and customer links.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Jobs missing from calendar.
Solution: Check status and date columns; confirm timezone in company regional settings.
