Delete your Turf Pro Logic account

Overview

Permanently close your business account. Access ends immediately; data is deleted after a 7-day retention period.

Before you begin

  • Only the Owner can delete the tenant account.
  • Export data first (see Export business data using reports).
  • Notify team members; they will lose access when deletion is scheduled.

Steps

  1. Export customers, jobs, and invoices you need (reports CSV, PDFs).
  2. Web: Settings → My Account → account deletion (or support-requested flow per your build).
  3. Mobile: Settings → Delete Account.
  4. Read the checklist (subscriptions cancelled, 7-day retention).
  5. Type DELETE ACCOUNT exactly and confirm.

⚠️ Note: This action schedules deletion; it cannot be undone after the retention window.

Verify it worked

You are signed out and cannot log in; owners see a scheduled deletion message if still within retention.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Not the owner.
    Solution: Ask the owner to delete, or use Settings → People to remove your user only.
