Change your subscription plan

Overview

Upgrade or downgrade your Turf Pro Logic subscription to match team size and features such as crews, chemical tracking, and toolbox tools.

Before you begin

• You must be the account Owner.
• Billing is managed through the in-app Billing page (Stripe subscription).

Steps

1. Go to Settings → My Account → Billing, or open Billing from the dashboard.
2. Review your current plan and included features.
3. Choose Upgrade or Change plan and select the target tier (Free, Pro, or Business).
4. Confirm payment details in Stripe Checkout if upgrading.
5. Wait for the page to refresh; your plan badge should update.

⚠️ Note: Downgrading may disable features (for example crews or chemicals) for new actions; existing data usually remains.

Verify it worked

Billing shows the new plan name and renewal date.

Troubleshooting

• Problem: Payment failed.
  Solution: Update the card in Stripe; retry from Billing.
• Problem: Team still sees locked features.
  Solution: Sign out and back in; allow a few minutes for entitlements to sync.
