Connect your Stripe account for customer payments

Overview

Connect Stripe in Turf Pro Logic so customers can pay invoices online by card. Stripe handles identity verification and bank payouts on their site.

Before you begin

  • You must be the Owner.
  • Have your business legal name and bank details ready for Stripe onboarding.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Company → Payments, or use Get set up → Set up payment collection during onboarding.
  2. Choose Create a new Stripe account or Link existing Stripe account.
  3. Complete Stripe’s screens (business details, verification, bank account).
  4. Use Return to Turf Pro Logic when Stripe finishes.
  5. Confirm Payments shows Stripe as connected and Manage in Stripe opens your dashboard.

Verify it worked

Settings → Company → Payments shows a connected Stripe account; a test invoice link offers Pay now.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: “Link existing Stripe is not configured.”
    Solution: Use Create a new Stripe account for this environment.
  • Problem: Wrong Stripe account linked.
    Solution: Disconnect in Payments (if available) and link again with the correct Stripe login.
