Complete your business profile and choose a plan

Overview

Finish onboarding by entering company details, service area, and subscription plan so invoices, estimates, and branding match your business.

Before you begin

  • Sign in as the account Owner.
  • Have your company name, address, and phone ready.

Steps

  1. After signup, follow the Get Started or Onboarding checklist on the dashboard.
  2. Enter company name, contact info, and regional settings (timezone, currency).
  3. Select your subscription plan (Free, Pro, or Business) when prompted.
  4. Save each section until the checklist shows onboarding complete.

⚠️ Note: Plan features (crews, chemicals, toolbox) depend on the tier you select. You can change plans later.

Verify it worked

The onboarding checklist is complete and Settings → Company shows your business information.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Cannot change plan during trial.
    Solution: Open Billing from settings or the dashboard billing card.
