Create an estimate with multiple line items

Overview
Build an estimate with several services or custom lines, quantities, and pricing for one customer and property.
Before you begin
- Customer and property exist.
- Services in your catalog help pre-fill lines (optional).
Steps
- Go to Estimates → New Estimate.
- Select customer and property.
- Choose the estimate type that supports multiple lines (e.g. Standard / multi-line) if prompted.
- Click Add line (or Add service) for each item; set description, quantity, unit price, and tax/discount per line.
- Review the subtotal, tax, and total in the summary panel.
- Set terms, expiration, and notes if shown.
- Click Save. The estimate stays Draft until you send it.
Verify it worked
- The estimate appears in Estimates with all line items and the correct total on the detail screen.
Troubleshooting
- Problem: Cannot add lines.
Solution: Confirm you have edit permission and the estimate is not locked after acceptance.
