Create a program estimate

Overview

Quote a multi-visit lawn care or treatment program with scheduled rounds, bundled services, and program pricing.

Customer and property exist.
Program services or packages are set up in your catalog (see create-service-catalog).

Go to Estimates → New Estimate and choose Program estimate (or Create program estimate).
Select customer, property, and program name (or template).
Set start date, end date or season, and visit frequency / rounds.
Add program line items or bundled services; set pricing method (per visit, flat program price, or per round).
Configure tax, discounts, attachments, and customer notification options if shown.
Click Save; review the program summary (visits, totals, and schedule preview).
Optionally Send to the customer for approval from the estimate detail.

The estimate list shows the program estimate with correct rounds and total.
The detail screen lists scheduled visits or rounds matching your frequency settings.

Problem: Program template missing.
Solution: Create services or a package first under Settings → Services.
