Create a service in your catalog

Overview

Define services you sell (mowing, fertilization, cleanup, etc.) so estimates, jobs, and packages use consistent names and pricing.

Before you begin

  • You must be the Owner or a role with catalog access.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Services (sidebar) or More → Services on mobile.
  2. Click New service / Add service.
  3. Enter Service name (required) and Description.
  4. Choose Category and default pricing (flat, hourly, or per-unit as offered).
  5. Set visibility or which roles can use the service if shown.
  6. Add tags, default duration, or images if your form includes them.
  7. Click Save and open the service from the list to review the summary/detail screen.

Verify it worked

  • The service appears in Services and is selectable when creating estimates or jobs.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Cannot edit service.
    Solution: Some locked program services cannot be deleted; duplicate and edit a copy if needed.
