Create a service package

Overview

Bundle multiple services into one package with combined pricing for estimates and recurring programs.

Before you begin

  • Individual services exist in the catalog (see create-service-catalog).

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Services (or Packages) and click New package / Create service package.
  2. Enter Package name and description.
  3. Add services from the catalog; set quantity or variant per line if prompted.
  4. Configure package price (flat total, sum of lines, or discount off individual prices).
  5. Set billing options: per visit, per season, or recurring interval; add trial or billing start date if shown.
  6. Set visibility/tags and click Save.
  7. Review the package detail screen and optionally add it to a test estimate.

Verify it worked

  • The package appears in the list and can be selected on new estimates or program quotes.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Service missing from picker.
    Solution: Save the service in the catalog first, then refresh the package builder.
