Manage notification preferences

Overview

Choose which events notify you and whether you receive them by email, push, or in-app alerts.

Before you begin

  • Signed in to your own user account (not another user’s profile).

Steps

  1. Open Settings (or Profile → Settings on mobile).
  2. Select Notifications / Manage notification preferences.
  3. For each type (e.g. Job assignments, Payment received, Estimate approved, Comments, System alerts), toggle Email, Push, and In-app as offered.
  4. Click Save if the page requires it.
  5. Optional test: trigger a sample event (e.g. approve a test estimate) or use Send test notification if available; confirm delivery on the channel you enabled.

Verify it worked

  • Saved preferences persist after refresh; a test notification arrives on the enabled channel.

Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Push not received on mobile.

    Solution: Allow notifications in iOS/Android settings for the Turf Pro Logic app.
