Quick answers to common questions about accounts, billing, imports, and mobile access.
Account and billing
How do I change my plan?
Open Settings → My Account → Billing (or Billing on the dashboard) and choose a new plan. See Change your subscription plan.
Who can delete the business account?
Only the Owner can schedule account deletion. See Delete your Turf Pro Logic account.
How do I export my data?
Use Reports to export CSV files by type (customers, invoices, etc.). There is no single “export everything” button today. See Export business data using reports.
Imports and migration
Can I import services from CSV?
The CSV wizard supports customers, properties, jobs, invoices, and estimates — not services. Build services manually or migrate from another platform, then import operational data. See Create a service in your catalog and Import customers from a CSV file.
Can Turf Pro Logic import my Jobber or Yardbook data?
Yes — export from your old system, then use platform guides under Settings → Import Data. For large migrations, Request migration support for a large import.
Payments
Why can’t customers pay online?
Connect Stripe under Settings → Company → Payments. See Connect your Stripe account for customer payments.
Mobile
Is the mobile app the same as the website?
Mobile covers core field workflows (jobs, quick add, route optimization). Some settings, imports, and property editing are web-only. See Install the mobile app on iOS or Android.
