Import invoices from a CSV file

Overview

Bring historical invoice records into Turf Pro Logic for reporting and customer balances.

Before you begin

• Related customers should already be imported.
• Download the Invoices template.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Import Data → Import CSV.
2. Select Invoices.
3. Map invoice number, customer, dates, amounts, and status fields.
4. Confirm after reviewing the preview.

Verify it worked

Invoices list shows imported rows with correct totals and customer links.

Troubleshooting

• Problem: Amounts look wrong.
  Solution: Confirm currency columns and that tax lines are mapped per template guidance.
